RAWALPINDI: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Wednesday indicted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and former minister Fawad Chaudhry in the contempt of election commission case.
According to the details, the case was heard by a four-member bench of Election Commission in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.
The charge sheet was read out in the courtroom by the Election Commission.
On this occasion, the former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Fawad Chaudhry were present in the court room.
The accused denied the allegations in the charge sheet.
The Election Commission postponed the hearing of the contempt of Election Commission case till January 16.
